How it works

1. Enter the email address connected to your Bright Workout account.
2. Submit the deletion request below.
3. We may contact you at that address to verify your identity before deletion.
4. After verification, we permanently delete the account and associated app data.

Data deletion and retention

Account deletion removes your Bright Workout account and associated app data. Limited information may be retained only where required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or temporary backups, as described in our Privacy Policy. Local app data and permissions on your device may need to be removed separately.
